Social Justice Ministry Volunteer Opportunities in November

Are you interested in helping for a few hours? No minimum requirements or time restrictions.

SAINT PATRICK FOOD PANTRY

Tuesday, November 13:  Call for times at 635.7592: Adults only. Distribute Thanksgiving turkeys and trimmings.

Monday – Wednesday, November 19 - 21:  Call for times at 635.7592: Adults only. Unload and put away products received from Food Bank Caravan.

Wednesday, November 21:  from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at trailer: one Adult. Help at the pantry (day before Thanksgiving).

NASHUA SOOP KITCHEN

Saturday mornings (ongoing):  7:30 - 11:30 a.m. at Nashua Soup Kitchen.   13 years or older. Sort perishable foods (breads, fruit, vegetables). Pass out goods between 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. as needed.

Saturday, November 17:  10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Age friendly all ages welcome. Scouting for food at Nashua Armory. Sort & bundle food collected by scouts.

Monday & Tuesday, November 19 - 20:   8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Nashua Soup Kitchen. 13 years or older. Assemble & distribute 500 Thanksgiving bags or baskets.    Assembly:  8:00 to 11:00 a.m. Distribution:  11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
