COLORECTAL CANCER AWARENESS SEMINAR
Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of death in the United States second only to lung cancer. But it is also the cancer that is most preventable and treatable. Ninety percent of patients are completely cured when diagnosed and treated early.
There are many ways to help you and your family prevent colorectal cancer: eating a balanced diet, maintaining a healthy weight, having an active lifestyle, and doing colon cancer screening to name only a few.
Please join the St. Patrick’s Healthcare Ministry in a Colorectal Cancer Awareness Seminar to learn more about this preventable cancer and what you can do about it. Dr. Paul Gilmore, a gastroenterologist from Saints Medical Center, will be our guest speaker. This seminar is to be held Sunday, February 3, at 12:15 p.m. (after the 11 o’clock Mass).
